TECHNOLOGY ACCESSIBILITY STATEMENT
Lakota Pointe Metropolitan District (the “District”) is committed to providing equitable access to the District’s official website to all members of the public. The District’s ongoing accessibility efforts work toward being compliant with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) version 2.1, level AA criteria. The District welcomes comments on how to improve its technology’s accessibility for users with disabilities as well as requests for reasonable modifications and/or accommodation to any District services, programs, and/or activities.
